Dance Between God And The DevilTake your chariot and part the skies.Dance Between God And The Devil by Flutingspirit
Go find God and the shade of his eyes.
Jump down from the sky punch a hole in the ground.
Go tell the Devil what you've found.
Then walk the ley lines and cross the hills.
Stand at the stones, grab a fistful of chills.
Say a prayer to the old ones who live in between.
In the trees and the rocks all the places you've been.
Find yourself in water, find yourself in the dirt.
Take some fire and wind, put it inside your shirt.
Then dance between God and the Devil.
Dance between God and the Devil.
HarbingerIn a tree sits an owlHarbinger by Flutingspirit
Saucer eyes with flecks of tea.
Watchful and still he waits in a branch
He perches, he waits and he sees.
And there above, a light in a window
And higher still a light in the sky.
A face peers out from each of them
One a child the other a lie.
And the owl spreads his wings
With an eerie cry.
A trickster, a witness
With saucer shaped eyes.
